CHOCOLATE AGAR 10PK: GC Agar Base with 1% bovine hemoglobin and koenzyme supplements. For the non-selective cultivation of fastidious bacteria. Especially useful for the cultivation of Haemophilus and Neisseria in a CO2 enriched atmosphere. Contains a highly enriched blend of GC Agar Base, 1% bovine powdered hemoglobin, and 1% MaXV (koenzyme) vitamins and cofactor supplements. Polystyrene Petri plates feature raised rings for stacking ability and prevents sliding. Packaged in sleeves of 10 plates in a "breathable" cellulose bag that prevents build-up of condensation and excess moisture. 15x100mm plate, 10 plates per pack.
